Cyclone III LS Installed Shelf Life

Hi all, does anyone know where I might find any data on the shelf life of a EP3CLS70F780I7 Cyclone III LS FPGA after it has been soldiered to a PCB?

Customer is requesting this information, but I haven't been able to track it down yet.
