I think the possibility of a real interfering signal (crosstalk, ground bounce) should be considered

The external signals are 'test-outputs'. I wouldn't expect these to inject crosstalk, or ground-bounce at the internal LUT?

As I don't see that internal crosstalk or ground-bounce can be the cause, the most probable cause is a glitch on the internal blue signal. Unfortunately we don't see the circuitry feeding the blue signal.
