Cyclone 3 power routing

Hello guys, anyone can advise please with the power routing of the 2-layer (double sided) PCB. I've read some recommendations on PLLs, and still not sure if I really can do it properly on such a board.

Any examples? Detailed guidelines for 2-layer boards?

Thank you.

(PS. There're 3 supply voltages and GND)

    Hi,

What package are you targeting? What percentage of the pins will be I/O? For some of the high density BGA's it might not be possible to even break everything out in two layers, but it depends a lot on how many pins you're actually using for I/O.

    Mark.

Oh please excuse me, this is of course required information

Almost all the pins are used as IOs (no spare pins). All CLK pins will be routed.
