cycline ii/ii/iv AS configuration restart with external pin.

Hello all! Is it possible do a "hardware restart config" with an external pin from epcs serial fash in cyclone 2, 3, 4 ? Normally i must remove a and replace the power for do this..

You can assert (and then deassert) the nCONFIG pin to initiate reconfiguration. You can also issue a JTAG instruction to initiate reconfiguration.

Both of these solutions require some form of connection to the board, so your "solution" depends on what you have available.
