cycline ii/ii/iv AS configuration restart with external pin.

Hello all! Is it possible do a "hardware restart config" with an external pin from epcs serial fash in cyclone 2, 3, 4 ? Normally i must remove a and replace the power for do this..

As I recall, there is a pin on Altera FPGAs that external hardware can use to cause the FPGA to reconfigure. Check the configuration handbook for details.
