CRAM upset rate for Intel (Altera) cyclone IV FPGA EP4CGX110DF27I7 & EP4CGX110DF31I7

Hello,

I´m looking for the CRAM upset rate for the following Intel (Altera) cyclone IV FPGA:

Intel p/n EP4CGX110DF27I7

Intel p/n EP4CGX110DF31I7

It seems that this info is not available on Intel´s website and it´s specified to contact directly to Intel to get this info.

Could you help me to confirm the CRAM upset rate of these FPGAs please?

Or well, Could you point me with any FAE from Intel to get this info?

    Yes, we need it, as well as any Single Event Effect Report available for these components.
