Copernicus GPS module

I am adding a GPS breakout board from sparkfun to my project, It's going to need about 33ma at 3.3 volts. Should I add another regulator circuit to my board to do 3.3v, or make the VCCIO circuit able to run more current?

I am working with CycloneII chips, and the National Semi Webbench power designer

I am guessing a seperate reg circuit to run the GPS is where I will go
