Converting HDL into a component

Hello, I am trying to convert HDL into component in quartus prime tool . It is greyed in the too where we find create/update option . How to overcome this issue? Brajesh

You mean you are trying to create a schematic symbol (.bsf) from HDL (.v or .vhd)?

If you are using Pro, this feature is not supported. It's only in Lite and Standard.
