Convert txt file to mif file

Hi guys. I would like to ask is it possible to convert txt file mif file? Thanks for your attention.

I would like to ask your opinion regarding my problem. I have a file which is txt file. It contains number. I attach my txt file. I already create the mif file based on my txt file. Is it my mif file is correct? Because the result I get seems something wrong.
