Connecting TSE MAC to SFP module

Hi, I´m trying to connect TSE MAC to a SFP module in Stratix II GX PCIe dev. kit.

The problem is that I can't find information about how to configure the pin out to the sfp, i mean, i don't know how to set sfpa_refclk, sfpa_rx and spfa_tx parameters in Assigment Editor, should i use "Stratix II GX/Arria GX GXB REFCLK Coupling and Termination setting logic option"? and what else?
