Configuring from Numonyx M25PX16 (2.5 V)

I have been able to configure an EP4CGX15 from the M25PX16, but I have to use "Convert Programming Files" and check the "Disable EPCS ID check" box as the device ID is different. The problem is...

I don't exactly understand where using quartus_cpf conflicts with the compression option and a user clock?
