I was searching serial configuration device for EP4CE10 Cyclone IV Device. I couldnt find it. Can you please tell me what are all the serial configuration devices supports for EP4CE10 Cyclone ...

In the configuration and remote system upgrades in cyclone iv devices (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/cyclone-iv/cyiv-51008.pdf) document (chapter 8 in the Device Handbook) refer to the 'Configuration File Size' table on page 8-4.

Chose an EPCS devices with a capacity greater or equal to that. For your device you'll need and EPCS4.
