compilation quality and performance PC

hello, Is that the quality of compiling quartus depent performance computer ? :confused: Thank you for replies.

I tried same design (and same quartus version) with 2 differents configuration PC and I compared the .POF files with TKdiff.

the result is the .POF are the same.

But after programming on the "Cyclone 2 FPGA starter board" kit.

My application work only with 1 configuration PC.

I think the problem is with earth of my computer when i programming.
