Compact flash FAT16 compatibility with NIOS I

Hello,

I would like to know, how to make use of ucos OS to make FAT16 filesystem in Compact Flash using NIOS I without using OS for the whole product.

Currently i'm facing with the problem of making this.

Meantime is it possible to have the FAT filesystem withut using OS and that with NIOS I.
