CMOS Camera Connection to FPGA (DE2 Board)

Hi everyone, I am doing a project in which i have to interface CMOS camera of EPIX Inc name SV9C10. This camera has RJ45 connector and also DE2 board has RJ45 connector. Can You please guide me...

Dear thanks for your informative reply. I have a board which has PCI interface, it is PIXCI SI1 of epix inc. Now i want to connect this camera with FPGA means when on triggering the switch on FPGA it will capture the image. Now can you tell me that how i can do this. Your guidance will be more than thanks to me.
