Change JTAG Clock. USB-Blaster

Is there a possible to change the JTAG Clock TCK over Quartus? We program over JTAG and have in a chain a delay around a BIT. The problem could be solved with a slower CLOCK of the JTAG.

It isn't, at least with the USB Blaster revisons I'm aware of. They have a 6 MHz crystal for the FTDI chip.

Generally, I don't understand your intention. You asked a clear question and got the answer. The other option would be to design a new CPLD logic with a clock divider factor. But you'll know, that the design is undocumented.
