Is there a possible to change the JTAG Clock TCK over Quartus? We program over JTAG and have in a chain a delay around a BIT. The problem could be solved with a slower CLOCK of the JTAG.

Honored ContributorI think this not a good idea. The 24MHz lookslike also the frequency for USB.
That tried somebody checked out?
