Change device compilation is unsuccessful

I have an example from ALTERA about PCIe. The device it used is 5CGTFD9E5F35C7 and compiled successfully. But when I changed the device to 5CGTFD5F5M11C7 ,it failed. I think this example is suitable ...

The error message explains it pretty well. You now have a hard IP resource conflict in the device you've switched to.
