Can't download University Program Installer (Linux) 15.0

I'm looking for the University Program Installer Linux 15.0, but the download page https://www.altera.com/support/training/university/materials-software.html?&ifup_version=15.0 has been down (the installer for other versions is still available).

Can anyone here share me the .tar file or link to download this installer?
