Cannot simulate the design

I am not able to simulate the design. I am getting this error. http://www.pixhost.org/show/4001/19425642_sim.png I have installed Altera II 13.1 all the 3 iso files to the default directory.

I compared to my settings. It's the same except \modelsim.exe. May be Quartus just want the path, not the filename.
