Cannot install DSP builder 13.1.0 to Quartus 13.1.3

Hello people, I recently install the update for Quartus 13.1 which replaces build 13.1.0 with 13.1.3. Now I try to install DSP Builder but I cannot do it because DSP builder has build 13.1...

What is the specific error you see, which executable did you run, and what platform are you targeting?

I ran QuartusSetup-13.1.3.178.exe to install over 13.1 (build 162) on Windows7 and this updated Quartus & DSP Builder Advanced to build 178. There were no changes to DSP Builder Standard so this remains unchanged from the 13.1 install as build 162.
