Cannot download Cyclone V SoC Development Intallation Kit

I want to download Cyclone V SoC Development Installation Kit from the URL below.

https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/support/boards-kits/cyclone/cyclonevsx_5csxfc6df31_soc_v14.1b186.exe

It shows that download file size is 316MB, but download process stops (finishes) at about 100MB to 200MB.

And downloaded EXE file cannot run correctly.

What is wrong with it?

Is my internet access has problem?

    This is an old thread but I'll just reply here since it happened to me once in a while. I've found out that the best way to overcome this is to NOT use the browser default downloader. Instead, I am using Firefox with Downthemall add-on; once I add the download link to that, I am always able to retrieve the entire (300MB+) package without issues.
