Can DB directory in project be deleted?

Is it OK to delete the contents of the DB directory between full compiles? I am getting an same error repeated even after I fixed the RTL so I suspect that old data base is being used

You can - and you should - Altera made a poor job in this incremental compilation or whatever it's called.. i get a lot of internal errors that only goes away when i delete both of these folders
