BSDL of EP4CE6F17 is not correct?

ID of EP4CE6F17 chip not equal to ID in BSDL file ID of chip is 00000000000000000000010001010011 ID in file is 00000000110000000000100101000101 What is not correct file or chip?

I read from chip:

0000--4-bit Version (OK)

0010000011110001 --16-bit Part Number (hex 20F1) (OK)

00001101110 --11-bit Manufacturer's Identity(FAIL)

1--Mandatory LSB(OK)

in BSDL file:

attribute IDCODE_REGISTER of EP4CE6F17 : entity is

"0000"& --4-bit Version

"0010000011110001"& --16-bit Part Number (hex 20F1)

"00011011101"& --11-bit Manufacturer's Identity

"1"; --Mandatory LSB
