broken part DE2 board

anyone know the type of the diode used in DE2 board on the power section??

the DE2 schematics only says 'SS14' and the component only has 'gw 5819' written on it. which one is true??

and where can i find it?? i'm in indonesia, it seems like there's no store near here sells them

    A google search reveals within a few seconds, that it's a 1A/40V schottky rectifier. Use any similar type you can get (20V would be sufficient in this place).
