Bootloader With 4-Byte Address Mode Support

Hi,

I'm having trouble booting firmware from the second half of a Winbond W25Q256FV device. If the firmware is in the first half, which can be accesses using 3-byte address mode, the bootloader works. Is there a bootloader available that can switch the flash into 4-byte address mode and access the second half? I'm using this bootloader: http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/file:asm_bootloader.zip

My board has a Cyclone V FPGA with a Nios II.
