ask for help....

i need to desgin a system board for FPGA stratix4 the goal of the board is to check the device(check if the device work properly), i need some help ,advices and materials... do the JTAG help me??...

how can i contact Altera FAE and ask if it is possible to provide information on the Altera test vectors / test utilities for the Stratix IV ???
