ask for help....

i need to desgin a system board for FPGA stratix4 the goal of the board is to check the device(check if the device work properly), i need some help ,advices and materials... do the JTAG help me??...

You should probably best contact your Altera FAE and ask if it is possible to provide information on the Altera test vectors / test utilities for the Stratix IV.
