Arrow SoCKit for HD Video Output

Hi

I am using the Arrow SoCKit development board (with Cyclone V SX speed grade -8). I am using Altera VIP cores to take DVI input, upscale, and output 1920x1080p60 video. When I compile the design, I get timing failures with VIP cores.

Has anyone successfully used the SoCKit to display HD video? I just want to confirm that it can support HD.
