Was it a transient or a permanent voltage ? --- Quote End --- Hi Genoli, thank you for your help. about the Vref voltage, unfortunately, we didn't find this absolute maximum rating in the documentation (in contrary to other voltages/pins)... if you have the reference document and the page where you found this information, I would be greatly interested. maybe we sought in the wrong documents... about your question, it was a permanent voltage (worst case I guess). in fact it was a part of the output voltage of an amplifier which goes to saturation (a design issue that we have to fix for future releases).
