Can you try program the FPGA using Quartus programmer GUI?

from Quartus programmer GUI, what is the error message?

    Programming the .sof file directly to the FPGA using the Quartus GUI doesn't yield any errors. However, my problem is attempting to load to external NAND flash.

    Could this be a bad block issue? Is there any additional visibility when "master_write_from_file" is called?
