so far I am interested to confirm that the card just works e.g. with the most tiniest hello world example or another diagnostic test if possible
any directions here? I was looking previously in

but it would say PAC not detected on ubuntu 18/20
on executing
sudo fpgasupdate $OPAE_PLATFORM_ROOT/hw/samples/nlb_mode_0/bin/\
nlb_mode_0_unsigned.gbs
despite showing lspci outputs
