Arria 10 - Boundary Scan testing problem

Hi All,

Would like to ask what is the definition of preconfiguration mode and post configuation mode during boundary scan test. I'm having trouble in boundary scan test of ARRIA 10. I'm using 3rd party boundary scan Test tool (Corelis). The test result shows it failed in IR capture test, then data mismatch in Arria 10. I assumed it is jtag chain problem. But Arria 10 detected when I used Quartus software connected via USB blaster. Thanks in advance.
