Arria 10 - Boundary Scan test failed

Hi,

Would like to ask if the Arria 10 is capable in boundary scan test using 3rd party boundary scan tool (i.e. Corelis)? I'm having an infrastracture failure ( IR problem). I'm using bsdl file from Altera site. Kindly help me if there is something I need to configure. Thanks in advance
