Am I missing something from a giveaway?

I apologise if this question is being posted under the wrong subject or section but it's been really frustrating and annoying trying to find a simple way to just contact support, I wish you guys could just provide a support email or chat because this question has nothing to do with all the "product support" you force all over your support pages. All I want is an answer about a recent giveaway which you guys were involved in, the giveaway to win the black ops 4 beta code and Intel care package, now what has me confused is that I got an email saying I won the giveaway but only received the beta code, was this giveaway not including the Intel care package? the laptop with a core i7? Because this is what I read when I entered. Have I miss understood something? Or have I not received the care package I was meant to?
