altpcie_demo error about Device ID and Vendor ID

Hi

Using SOPC builder if I compile the hip_a2gx_gen1_x1 design and generate the .sof file the demo software doesn't complain but if I synthesize the hip_a2gx_gen1_x1 reference design using RTL files than the demo software complains about the Device Id and Vendor Id being different for Arria II GX device. The RTL file has the correct vendor ID and Device Id listed, even then the software complains about it.

It is Unable to detect a PCI Express board compatible with the software application.

It asks for Vendor ID 0x1172 and Device ID 0xE001.

I'll appreciate your help.
