Altium intlib of Cyclone IV GX and Arria V GX, whos has?

Hi, I want to use the chips EP4CGX150DF27I7N and 5AGXFB7K4F40I3N.  who has the  Altium intlib of Cyclone IV GX and Arria V GX?  Thanks.

The OrCad lib of the chips can be download at :

with OLB files of version 16.3.

Using the Altium 9 "Import Wizard" operations, the Cyclone IV OLB can be transform to schemaic lib. But the Arria OLB is not for new version.

Is there a way to convert these files to an earlier Orcad version?
