Altera/Intel EPM240T100C5 or C5N or C4N Availability

Question

We are an Electronic Contract Manufacturing Firm that manufactures products for a medical/military company who uses the EPM240T100C5 or C5N or C4N on the printed circuit board assemblies.  We have had 1000 pcs on order since August 2021 and we do not have a date they will me available.   They are currently in a line down status for this part.  Please advise.
