altera webserver tutorial

Hi all

I'm beginner in the fpga world, I just made some tutorials provided by altera in the DE2-115 board, my next step is to modify and enhance the webserver tutorial.

So please I have some basics questions

-in addition to change the the fpga configuration through the web browser, what others applications can I do with the webserver design

- how can I measure the performance of this design (hardware+ software)

- how can I identify a bottleneck in this design

    Hi ,

    I find an interesting tutorial from altera nios ii ethernet acceleration design example

    but I'm still confuse between the webserver and the simple socket design and the related applications.

    please any idea of applications for the webserver in addition the modify the FPGA behavior through the web browser ?
