Honored ContributorA suitable schematic is easy enough to come by - it's available on many of Altera/Terasic's development boards, for which the documentation and schematics can typically be downloaded from Altera.
However, Altera license the design for the Blaster CPLD. You'll have to convince them you're a worthy customer and you'll have to pay for it.
