Altera Primitives

Hello, I am new in this forum but nevertheless I hope someone can help me with my task. I am looking for the Altera primitives for designing,just the way we have in Xilinx. Does anyone know...

Did you check the *.vhd and *.v files in quartus\eda\sim_lib? They should be understandable to all standard simulator tools, I think.
