Altera Parts

I am looking for data on Altera part numbers EPM9560BC356-15 -- IC, COMPLEX-EEPLD, 560-CELL, 16.6NS PROP DELAY, BGA, 356PIN, PLASTIC and EPM9560ABC356-10 -- MICROCIRCUIT. Both of these parts are listed as obsolete and the -10 is the recommended replacement for the -15.

i would like to find a replacement that is form/fit/function as a replacement for these parts

    This is a large 5V based CPLD in a 356pin 356pin PGA package. Per Intel/Altera it went EOL in 06/2017, last ship date 12/2017.

    You will not find a F/F/F compatible replacement for this device.

    You may be able to buy parts on the used/surplus market.
