Altera 5SGSMD5K2F40I2N and EP4SGX180FF35C3N

Hi,

I am trying to determine what type of RoHS solder these FPGA's were pre-balled with in manufacturing? I did not see this info in the datasheets. I know most common would be SAC305. Any info would be helpful. here are the two part#s I am inquiring about:

EP4SGX180FF35C3N
