1 year agoI think that you are risking some weird calculation bugs by undervolting the device.
Table presented by Fakhrul is for a SmartVID device, so it's not for the device you're using. Also for SmartVID voltage regulator must be capable for outputting 0.7 to 0.9 V as requested by FPGA.
For 4S device you need to have 0.8 V nominal voltage that could drop to 0.776 V minimum. This minimum includes voltage regulator accuracy, voltage ripple and ac transient under load pulse. So even if your regulator could do 0.776 V you will not have any margin for transients and accuracy. See the Power Distribution Network Design Guidelines for Agilex 5.
