AGIA040R39A1E1V bsdl

Hi, I need the bsdl of the AGIA040R39A1E1V component, particulary the version of the JTAG pins (1149.6?) I can't find this file. Is there someone who has these information? Thank you

1149.6 is not the JTAG pin count.
