AC coupling bypass on FPGA IO pins

Hi,

We are planning to integrate one of our in-house developed digital controller with Stratix 10 GX FPGA transceiver. This controller needs DC coupling on it IO ports, but the FPGA transceiver supports AC coupling. Is there any means to bypass this AC coupling? Any pointers or suggestions would be of great help.
