about ALTMEMPHY

When I choose a target prim used ALTMEMPHY,the MT41J64M16LA,it's describe shows me that width is 8,but actual is 16,as I know.I'm sorry for my poor english,but i really need help,thanks!

change the DQ width to 16 (and maybe double check the other parameters)
