I now using MX25L12833FMI-10G/MX25L12835FMI-10G to replace EPCQ128 to configurate CYCLONE V FPGA. The quartus II 18.1 show the successful configuration result. But when I power up the board again, the configuration chip can't configurate FPGA sucessfully. I am confused of this question.

The configuration mode i used is AS. I have tried ASx1 and ASx4 modes but all failed to configurate FPGA after power up,while download the program to MX25L12833FMI-10G/MX25L12835FMI-10G is successful.

Due to a problem in Quartus 18.1, the AS configuration fails in Cyclone V. Please try the workaround fix in below link:
