hi i am using 5csxfc6c6u23i7n device (cyclone5 soc). i want to use its gpio pins, and i need a proper schematic of it regards!

I assume you mean the '...I7N' suffix on your part doesn't match the '...C8N' suffix mentioned in the schematic. This just identifies the temperature rating and speed grade of the part.

So, assuming the schematic I pointed you to is the correct one (is it?) you don't need to worry about this bit of the device's part number. The pin information will be the same.
