Hi,

I am sorry to tell you that we do not support issue related to 3rd party flash and the nios2-flash-programmer is no longer supported. We recommend customer to use Quartus Programmer to update the flash. You may refer to https://www.intel.cn/content/altera-www/global/zh_cn/index/documentation/suc1427659050061/suc1427659183639.html on how to use Quartus programmer to program flash for Nios II booting
